From 2009, Margus Schults is the Head of Organization Development and Investor Relations in Tallink Group. Tallink is the leading European ferry company servicing annually more than 7 million passengers on the Baltic Sea. Tallink is also the world largest Dute Free & Travel Retail Shop on the ferries.

Until that, Margus Schults worked for 15 years in SEB (a leading North-European bank with ca 21 thousands employees in Scandinavia, Baltic states, Germany, Ukraine and other 20 countries around the world). He has worked in the senior management of Group HR as well as been the Head of HR for Eastern Europe. Margus Schults has also extensive business experience. Until 2002, he was leading the International Operations and cross-border projects of SEB Estonia.

Klemens Wersonig

Klemens Wersonig is the main founder and CEO of the TARGET Executive Search Group operating in 7 countries across the CEE region. Being from Austria he was one of the first "pioneers to the East", crossing the „iron curtain” in 1988, he started to work in Hungary, managing a start-up company in trade and real-estate development.

Before coming to Hungary, he received a 1 year Rotary scholarship in Canada and then finished a doctorate in business administration at the WU-Wirtschaftsuniversität Vienna. He was AIESEC president in Vienna and had traineeships in USA, Canada and France. Besides his native German he speaks fluent English, French and Hungarian and studies Slovak.

Mr. Wersonig is a Vice President of INAC, one of the world’s largest executive search alliances, and is responsible for CEE business development. He is also the Managing Director of the Hungarian TARGET office

Roland van Wijnen

Roland van Wijnen has been working with Holcim since the mid nineties. Currently he holds the position of Country Manager. Roland has responsibility for the operations of Holcim in Eastern Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia (1'145 employees; revenues approximately 260 mio Euro). Prior to Holcim he worked in various positions for Philips Electronics, Atos-Origin and Celerant Management Consulting. Born in the Netherlands, Roland holds a degree as Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Twente University in the Netherlands.
